If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, please email us at customersupport@stedmanssnacks.com with your order number. We'll track it down and ensure it gets to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience!

If you change your mind, you can return any part of your order within 45 days as long as it's unopened and in the original packaging. Just email customersupport@stedmanssnacks.com with the details to get full return instructions. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at customersupport@stedmanssnacks.com with your order number and details. We may ask for photos for shipping insurance purposes and will do our best to replace or refund your order. Your satisfaction is our priority!

If you realize after placing an order that you need to cancel or change it, just email customersupport@stedmanssnacks.com with the order number and let us know. If we haven't shipped it yet, we're happy to cancel or correct your order. If it's already shipped, it will need to be returned per our terms and conditions. We're here to help!
